How It’s Offered: Red Light Therapy can be added to any facial for a deeper layer of healing—or booked as a standalone session (sold individually or in discounted packages) for clients looking for consistent inflammation support, especially between treatments. This non-invasive treatment uses a quad-wave, red light device that delivers multiple wavelengths of therapeutic light to penetrate deep into the skin—stimulating collagen production, improving cellular energy (ATP), and reducing inflammation at the root. Unlike full-body infrared saunas, this device does not generate uncomfortable heat, making it safe for clients with heat sensitivity, MCAS, or histamine intolerance. Client Policies & Session Guidelines Please take a moment to review the following policies before your appointment. These help ensure we can work together with clarity, respect, and ease. ⸻ 📅 Appointments & Rescheduling All services are by appointment only. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% service fee. ⸻ ⏰ Arrival & Timing Please arrive on time for your session. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to respect the next client’s time or may need to be rescheduled. ⸻ 🧾 Payments Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major cards, and gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. Coaching packages and product purchases are non-refundable. ⸻ 🤝 Scope of Practice All recommendations are educational in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. I work within my scope as a certified health coach and licensed esthetician, offering bio-individual support and lifestyle guidance. ⸻ 🩺 Health & Safety If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. For sensitive skin or histamine-prone clients, all products used are thoughtfully selected with your needs in mind. ⸻ 📄 Intake Forms A completed intake form is required for all new clients.
