Service Description
Headspace is a grounding, sensory-calming experience designed to ease the weight we carry in our head, face, jaw, and nervous system. This is not a beauty treatment—it’s a therapeutic ritual rooted in presence, gentle touch, and intentional stillness. This session incorporates: Gentle facial and cranial massage using low-reactivity, grounding oils Tuning fork activation over vagus nerve points to signal a parasympathetic shift Breathwork and guided nervous system cues to support full-body downregulation Focused attention on the jaw, temples, forehead, ears, and occipital ridge Optional cool roller or light lymphatic work for facial de-puffing or head pressure Ideal for: Clients dealing with chronic stress, overwhelm, or nervous system dysregulation Headaches, sinus congestion, jaw clenching, or emotional holding in the face Histamine-driven tension or flares affecting the head and neck A restorative reset between facial services or as a standalone calming ritual Men seeking an approachable, non-invasive treatment for stress and sleep support This session helps restore clarity, soften facial tension, and bring you back into your body—one breath at a time.
Cancellation Policy
Client Policies & Session Guidelines Please take a moment to review the following policies before your appointment. These help ensure we can work together with clarity, respect, and ease. ⸻ 📅 Appointments & Rescheduling All services are by appointment only. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% service fee. ⸻ ⏰ Arrival & Timing Please arrive on time for your session. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to respect the next client’s time or may need to be rescheduled. ⸻ 🧾 Payments Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major cards, and gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. Coaching packages and product purchases are non-refundable. ⸻ 🤝 Scope of Practice All recommendations are educational in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. I work within my scope as a certified health coach and licensed esthetician, offering bio-individual support and lifestyle guidance. ⸻ 🩺 Health & Safety If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. For sensitive skin or histamine-prone clients, all products used are thoughtfully selected with your needs in mind. ⸻ 📄 Intake Forms A completed intake form is required for all new clients.
