This 1:1 complimentary wellness consult is the ideal starting point if you’re feeling stuck, inflamed, or unsure where to begin. Whether you’re dealing with chronic skin flares, histamine sensitivity, gut challenges, or just feeling out of balance—this session is designed to help clarify if root cause wellness coaching is for you. Available virtually or in person. You’ll choose your preferred format when booking. We’ll explore your symptoms, history, and goals to help you determine the right path forward—whether that’s in-person skincare support, a coaching program, or a combination of both. You’ll walk away with early insights, supportive tools, and a personalized recommendation for your next step. This is not a coaching session, but a foundation-setting consultation to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Cancellation Policy
Client Policies & Session Guidelines Please take a moment to review the following policies before your appointment. These help ensure we can work together with clarity, respect, and ease. ⸻ 📅 Appointments & Rescheduling All services are by appointment only. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% service fee. ⸻ ⏰ Arrival & Timing Please arrive on time for your session. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to respect the next client’s time or may need to be rescheduled. ⸻ 🧾 Payments Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major cards, and gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. Coaching packages and product purchases are non-refundable. ⸻ 🤝 Scope of Practice All recommendations are educational in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. I work within my scope as a certified health coach and licensed esthetician, offering bio-individual support and lifestyle guidance. ⸻ 🩺 Health & Safety If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. For sensitive skin or histamine-prone clients, all products used are thoughtfully selected with your needs in mind. ⸻ 📄 Intake Forms A completed intake form is required for all new clients.
