Eligibility for Refund
• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Refund Process
1. Contact Us: Initiate the refund process by contacting our customer service team at thedirtyesthetician@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. Return Shipment: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days.
Non-Refundable Items
• Gift cards, downloadable software products, or any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Exceptions
• There might be instances where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Shipping Info
Important Shipping Note:
This balm is made with grass-fed tallow and other natural oils that may soften or melt in transit—especially during warmer months. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.
Please allow the balm to rest upright at room temperature (or in the refrigerator) for a few hours upon arrival before opening. This helps it fully re-solidify and prevents spills.
