What I Do Is Called Symptom-Based Coaching

Most people come to me because of skin flares, gut issues, histamine reactions, fatigue, inflammation, anxiety, weight that won’t budge, or a body that just doesn’t feel right anymore.
And almost every one of them has already tried to “fix” those symptoms.
More supplements. More discipline. More restriction. More products. More effort.
But symptoms are not the problem.
Symptoms are information.
They are the body’s way of asking for safety, regulation, and support.
This is where symptom-based coaching comes in.
Instead of chasing each symptom individually, we look at patterns across the skin, the gut, the nervous system, sleep, stress load, lifestyle, and daily rhythms. We use those patterns to understand what your body is trying to communicate and we build a plan that supports the whole system.
This is not a quick fix.
This is not a pill, a protocol, or instant gratification.
This is patient, consistent lifestyle change that lowers the overall stress load on the body so it can begin to regulate itself.
Some weeks feel like progress.
Some weeks feel like setbacks.
Both are part of the process.
You don’t need perfection. You need support, guidance, and someone who can help you interpret what your body is saying and adjust along the way.
Over time, things get a little bit better.
Then a little bit better.
Then noticeably different.
That is how real change happens.
This is why weekly coaching matters. This is why we work together over time instead of trying to solve everything in a single session.
I don’t diagnose. I don’t treat.
I help you understand your symptoms, support your body with lifestyle strategies, and create the conditions where healing and regulation become possible.
This is the work I do.
